Office Information

We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and we request that you call in advance so that we can reserver a time for you. Please keep in mind that evenings are the most requested appointment times and it is best to call as soon as possible. The office telephone number is (314) 644-3977. If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us at once. We ask that you please give us 48 hours notice; this makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient who desires the doctor. Any missed appointment without the 48 hour notice will be assesed a $45.00 fee. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and require you extend the same courtesy to us.

Our Office is located at 1414 S. Big Bend Blvd; approximatly 2 blocks south of Highway 40 between Manchester and Dale Ave. in Richmond Heights. Please park along the fence and not in between the buildings or in front of the garage. As traffic seems to be ever increasing, please allow enough time to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Coming East on Highway 40... Exit either the Hanley Rd. South or the Bellevue exit. If using the Hanley Rd. South exit, stay in the left lane to head south on Hanley Rd. and be prepared to take an immidiate left onto Dale Ave. Continue on Dale to Big Bend Blvd. Take a right at Big Bend and left into the lot. If using Bellevue, make a right on Bellvue, another right on Dale AVe, left at Big Bend and left into the parking lot.

Coming east on Highway 44... Exit at the Laclede Station Rd. exit. Go left (north) off the ramp onto Laclede Station Rd and go to Big Bend Blvd.. Make a right on Big Bend Blvd. and proceed north on Big Bend Blvd. past Manchester Ave. toward Clayton Rd. The office wil be on your right. If you go over the overpass at Highway 40, you have gone too far.

Coming West on Highway 40... Use the Big Bend Blvd. exit heading South. The ramp will loop around. Go back over the overpass throught the light at Dale Ave. and make a left into the parking lot.

Alternate Routes Due To Highway 40 Construction

MoDot and the City of Richmond Heights have not agreed on the length of time to complete the project or the final design of the Beg Bend Blvd./Highway 40 Interchange. It is advisable to stay away from the Highway 40/Hanley Rd./Dale Ave. intersection from noon to 6pm due to congestion. Using Manchester Rd., Clayton Rd to Big Bend Blvd. or Folk Ave. from Hanley are alternatives from the West. Using Big Bend Blvd., McCausland Ave. and Bellevue Ave. from the North to get to Dalve would be alternatives from Washington University or the City of Clayton.
